Justin Lee, the suspect wanted for alleged date rape, turned himself in to the Taipei District Prosecutors' Office last night after remaining at large for 23 days since he was placed on the wanted list, according to a spokesman of the prosecutors' office.

Lee and a woman surnamed Chen surrendered themselves to the Taipei Prosecutors' Office at 8:35 p.m. yesterday in the company of three lawyers.

According to local reports, the woman was allegedly helping Lee by hiding him at her residence in Changhua over the past several days.

The phenomena of university students being mistresses of wealth men has become a growing social issue in China. Chongqing Normal University and Southwest Normal University are the first two Universities which started to include “being an escort (三陪 sex workers), a mistress (二奶 Ernai) and having one-night stands” into the school rules. Student with such bad behaviors are subject to expulsion. And South China Normal University also listed “messing around with opposite sex and having special relations with a married person (homewrecking)” into the new school rules as punishable behaviors.

(QQ) Recently the “Chongqing Normal University Student Disciplinary Process Management Regulations” is to be implemented in the school. One of the rules was “student who is found to be working as an escort; or is a mistress, male mistress, or having ‘one-night stands’ will to be expelled” which caused uproar among the students.

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 24 — The High Court fixed next Thursday to deliver its decision whether to allow lawyer Karpal Singh’s application to the court to issue subpoenas against former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohammad, former attorney-general Tan Sri Abu Talib Othman and current Attorney-General Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail, in his application to strike out a sedition charge.

A father claimed he had sex with his teenage daughter over a three-year period to provide her with sex education, a court has heard.

The father, 44, who cannot be named, pleaded guilty in the County Court today to charges of incest and producing child pornography.

Prosecutor Julian Ayres told the court the father’s offending began in 2008 when the victim, his eldest daughter, was 14 and had just started dating a 15-year-old boy.

The 181 pictures were uploaded to Weibo, China's equivalent of Twitter on Aug 8, and have since gone viral.

The raunchy shots showed three men and two women, naked or scantily clad, engaging in sex acts in what seemed to be a swingers party in a hotel room. It is not known when the pictures were taken, but Chinese media reports say they were shot in 2008.

The people in the pictures were seen grinning in group shots, including one where a man fondled the breasts of the woman in front of him.

KUALA LUMPUR-Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) president Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail is non-committal whether she will contest in the next general election (GE), Oriental Daily News reported today.
